Everyday, the virtual agent will send you a list of all newly listed houses that meet your requirements. You can change your requirements at any time. You will be able to see the basic information including photos, virtual tours of the houses. When you find something you are interested in, you can send in a request to see the houses.
Once you submit your request, a virtual agent will be created for you within 24 hours. You may get e-mail from us if clarifications of your request is needed. You can also send us e-mail any time to change your request.
You may want to include the following information in your request:
price range (rent per month)
number of bedrooms/bathrooms/garage spaces, lot size, square-footage, age of the property
communities / neighborhoods you’re interested in
when you plan to move in
any other concerns or questions
